(10 May 2022 – Hong Kong) CIMC Enric Holdings Limited (“CIMC Enric” or “the Company”) together with its subsidiaries (the “Group”) (Stock Code: 3899.HK) is pleased to announce that the Company’s subsidiary CIMC Liquid Process Technology Co., Ltd won the bid for the Gaojiang Meili Factory Project of Guizhou Gaojiang Jiuye Co., Ltd. ( “Gaojiang Jiuye”), a subsidiary of Shanghai Guijiu Co., Ltd. ( “Shanghai Guijiu”). CIMC Enric will manufacture and install stainless steel tanks for use in the project.
The Gaojiang Meili Factory project requires upgrading the technology used to produce sauce-aroma Baijiu to generate an annual output of 10,000 tons of Guojiang Jiuye. The project includes the construction of five baijiu storage tanks and one blending workshop. These five Baijiu storage tanks contain 2 sets of 950m³ stainless steel storage tanks, 10 sets of 800m³ stainless steel storage tanks, 12 sets of 500m³ stainless steel storage tanks and 10 sets of 300m³ stainless steel tanks, pump station of storage tank, external pipe network and auxiliary equipment for the above systems. In the blending workshop, there are 4 sets of 500m³ stainless steel blending tanks, 12 sets of 100m³ stainless steel blending tanks, pump station of blending workshop, external pipe network, and auxiliary equipment for the above systems.

Major domestic Baijiu enterprises have started to build or transform intelligent brewing factories or workshops during the past two to three years. Automated and intelligent brewing equipment has been widely used in the production of Baijiu.
